We are looking for an Originating Branch Manager to lead and grow our corporate branch team by effectively recruiting, coaching, managing, and motivating a high-performance sales team.
As a Branch Manager, you are responsible for managing the day-to-day sales activities of the branch and working with the Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) to build volume and realtor relationships.
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in mortgage loan origination, strong communication skills, and be the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will also be familiar with loan origination software, automated underwriting software and have experience in leading and coaching a sales team.

Earning Potential: Salary + Commission = $100K+ annually
Responsibilities:
Manages the corporate branch staff day-to-day activities by assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing issues and resolving problems
Recruit, hire, develop, maintain, train, and supervise a sales force of MLOs and support staff to maximize branch success
Achieve and sustain the branch as a profitable business enterprise for the Company
Lead team and continuously motivate employees to achieve monthly sales goals
Set goals, track individual and team performance
Monitor quality of loans originated by MLOs and ensure they are within Company policy guidelines
Oversee branch performance and communicates goals and policy changes on a regular basis to branch personnel
Generate new business through contacts with builders, developers, and realtors to expand market share
Establish, develop and maintain a strong client referral base by selling the Company’s products and services to meet the needs of its client base in order to develop new business and/or retain existing business
Monitor loan submissions to ensure quality and all functions are in complete compliance with federal, state, regulatory, and Company policy and procedures
Ensure staff members follow all branch procedures, policies, and protocols as set forth by the Company
Maintain a professional image and adheres to standards consistent with company policies and procedures
Coaching and training your team on the Company products, policies, and procedures
Participate with Company management in setting general product guidelines, including but not limited to, borrower eligibility and underwriting eligibility guidelines

Requirements:
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 3 years of retail mortgage production management experience
Minimum 5 years mortgage banking origination experience
Currently managing a team of loan officers and/or branch managers
Current loan originator license
