Salary and Bonus Potential: $40-$60K annually + Benefits
Responsibilities:
Implement marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations
Continue to build brand awareness, including positioning
Work with the marketing team to fulfill the development of marketing materials including advertising campaigns, social media campaigns, brochures, email, and direct mail campaigns, print, outdoor, co-branded collateral, etc.
Assist with lead nurturing and follow-up strategies that will result in high customer retention and conversion rates
Develop social media, e-mail and direct mail content strategy to be deployed to homebuyers, real estate partners, and past clients
Develop and execute business growth strategies, including marketing to potential clients.
Manage the review and approval process for marketing materials, including working across the organization to deploy efforts
Assist in developing and managing project budgets and revenue forecasts
Preparing analytic reports on activities and results of the marketing programs
Coordinate and participate in events to capture valuable content (includes but, not limited to: partner meetings, conferences, community/sponsorship events, etc.)
Create type design, ad graphics, and layouts; think creatively and develop new design concepts based on business needs
Written content creation, proofreading and quality control skills focused on accuracy of typing, layout, and format
Support staff by conducting market research, disseminating market trends, campaign analyses, and marketing collateral
Coordinating marketing projects from beginning to end
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
Minimum 2-4 years marketing experience
BA in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related field
Knowledge of mortgage banking, real estate, and/or financial service industry, a plus
Skills:
Strong knowledge of marketing methods theory and practice
Excellent level of oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across a variety of audiences
Excellent project management skills
Excellent analytic skills, attention to detail, and ability to work within time constraints
Ability to proactively identify opportunities, take initiative, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Ability to organize, prioritize and coordinate projects to completion
Ability to work and think independently and collaboratively as needed
Ability to supervise and manage the workflow of subordinate(s) through superior leadership skills
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email marketing tools
Comfortable with and fluent in a wide range of social media platforms and with content management systems; understanding of key performance indicators and industry best practices
Experience using HubSpot, familiarity with Trello, Encompass, and other mortgage marketing programs is a plus
