GenNEXT Funding is currently seeking a full-time, experienced Operations Fulfillment Floater, to join our corporate team in Somerset, NJ.
As an Operations Fulfillment Floater, you will support the corporate team by covering positions for staff that are out of the office or based on high volume business periods.
In the position, you perform a wide variety of administrative activities working with processing, closing, and post-closing departments.
The ideal candidate will have a confident personality, ability to easily adapt and take on different tasks, detail-oriented, high-energy, problem solver, that can work both independently and with a team to support our corporate staff.

Salary: $45K-$60K, full benefits package, bonus potential
Responsibilities:
As a Floater, the role may include but is not limited to the below tasks.
Assist executives with daily administrative tasks
Record and ship original notes, original recorded mortgages, and final title policies
Assist with managing E-fax folder
Verifications of employment, social security, and IRS transcripts
Assist with pre-adverse loans and send out final adverse notices
Execute disclosures que within regulation time frames
Assist with FHA Case numbers
Prepare and send initial Closing Disclosures to borrowers
Ordering appraisals, refinance titles, and homeowner’s insurance
Communicate with title companies to finalize closing figures and prepare closing packages
Communicate with title companies, attorneys, and borrowers to coordinate closing dates and times
Review funding documents and authorize funding for escrow companies at the time of closing
Review closing packages for accuracy and completeness
Ship closed loans to appropriate investors for purchase
Respond to investors’ requests for additional documentation to purchase loans off warehouse line within 5-7 days of funding
Submit files internally to QC for pre-close and post-close review
Respond to internal and external QC findings through appropriate channels
Assist with obtaining and resubmitting loans for a clear to close as needed
Assist with receiving and processing all USPS, FedEx & UPS mail
Serve as backup coverage for receptionist
Requirements:
Experience & Skills:
Minimum 1 year with GenNEXT Funding in your current position
Familiarity with credit reports, appraisal review, and income and asset calculations
Strong computer proficiency – i.e. Microsoft Word and Excel and the Internet
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong organization skills
